City names new Community Advancement and Growth Director (ADA, OKLAHOMA/December 20, 2024) ? Dean Costales has been named the new Community Advancement and Growth Director for the City of Ada. Mr. Costales will be working alongside the Ada Jobs Foundation to maintain collaborative relationships, while also working with the City Council on Community Growth Projects. Costales was born and raised in California. He spent 10 years in Knoxville, Tennessee as a Fitness Director at a country club and a golf facility. He has resided in Oklahoma for the last three years. He holds a bachelor?s degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and is currently working on his master?s degree. He is also taking coursework in Economic Development and plans to take a Tribal Business Law class at East Central University in Spring 2025. Mr. Costales is married, has three children and two grandchildren.
