position of Construction Worker I or II, depending on qualifications, until
filled. Individual selected will be
responsible to perform semi-skilled and skilled work in the construction of
water and sewer lines and streets, curbs and gutters. Must possess or be able to obtain within one
year valid Oklahoma Class A commercial drivers license and Department of
Environmental Quality Class D Water and Wastewater certificate. Position offers full benefits including
vacation, retirement, health and dental insurance, and paid holidays. Medical examination, along with drug screen

The City of Ada is accepting applications until filled for Full-Time and Part-Time Communication Dispatchers. Individuals selected will be responsible for providing emergency and non-emergency dispatch services for the 911 emergency dispatch center for the City of Ada and Pontotoc County fire, law enforcement, and emergency medical services. Individuals selected must be able to pass pre-employment tests for job compatibility assessment tools, and be able to multi-task with telephone, radio, and computer. Successful applicants must be able to make quick decisions and provide quality customer service and communication, both orally and in writing, and must be able to work day, evening, or midnight shifts.

water and sewer lines and other general maintenance work. Selected individual
must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain Department of
Environmental Quality Class "D" Water and Wastewater certification within one
year. Worker II must also have an Oklahoma
Class A Commercial Driver's License. This
