How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying
| ECU Theatre and ECU Music bring Frank Loesser's Pulitzer Prize-winning musical, HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING to the Ataloa Stage. Based on Shepherd Mead's 1952 book, the musical opened in October 1961, winning 7 Tony awards, New York Drama Critics Circle Award, and the 1962 Pulitzer. It starred Robert Morse and Rudy Vallee, who reprised their roles in the film. Recent revivals included Matthew Broderick's in 1995 and Daniel "Harry Potter" Radcliffe in 2011 winning Tonys for Best Revival, Best Director/Choreographer,and Best Featured Actor in a Musical for John Larroquette. The show will be directed by Dr. Rick Groetzinger with musical direction by Vickie Reifsnider. | |
